These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Larkis Delivery Time Picker Shopify application (the "App"). By installing or using the App you agree to these Terms.
The App allows Shopify merchants to let customers schedule a delivery, pickup, or reservation time at checkout, and to manage those orders from an admin dashboard.
You must operate an active Shopify store and accept Shopify's Terms of Service and API License Terms.
The App is currently offered free of charge during its initial release. We may introduce paid plans in the future; if so, you will be notified inside the App before any charge is applied through Shopify's Billing API.
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for lost orders, missed deliveries, or other indirect damages.
You may uninstall the App at any time from your Shopify admin. Upon uninstall, your access token is revoked and your session is deleted.
We may update these Terms. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
